On August 6, 2019, Collplant Biotechnologies Ltd. (the “Company”) notified Jonathan Rigby of the termination of the Chairman Services Agreement between the Company and Mr. Rigby, effective immediately. As a result, Mr. Rigby has ceased to serve as Chairman of the Board of the Company although he continues to serve as a director of the Company.
