On February 24, 2021, Collplant Biotechnologies Ltd. (the “Company”) received a notice of termination from Lung Biotechnology PBC (“LB”), a subsidiary of United Therapeutics Corporation, of the License, Development and Commercialization Agreement previously entered into with LB, such termination to be effective March 26, 2021. On February 25, 2021, the Company issued a press release entitled “Termination of Licensing Agreement for Bioprinting of Scaffolds for Lung Transplants”. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
